Operational Managers

Capitilising on your exceptional motivational and leadership skills you will make sure that each team completes their stocktake accurately and profitably, while assisting the Regional Manager with the management and development of a profitable region. Other key responsibilities will include the selection, developing and mentoring of personnel.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in successfully managing teams, strong planning and organisational skills coupled with a sound business acumen
