Operational Managers
WIS International is one of the worlds leading stocktaking companies
and conducts inventories throughout the UK for companies such as Asda,
Waitrose, Debenhams and Dunelm. We are continuing to grow and as a result
we now require a further Operations Manager to join the management team for our West Midlands Region, based in
Cannock
Salary range 22.5 k – 25k dependant on experience, + profit
share scheme, contributory pension and medical insurance.
In addition we have been recognised as an
Investor in People since 2002.
About the Person we are looking for:
- Is a successful manager, ready to take the next step in their

- Displays strong leadership and effective communication skills

- Has a natural enthusiasm for the task in hand, and will share this
zeal with your team to motivate them to higher standards.
About You and the Role
- As one of five Operations Managers in your region you will thrive
on delivering great results from the inventories that you and your team
are responsible for.
- You will consistently aim to get the best from your team by
modeling great leadership and demonstrating strong communication
skills.
- You will continually support, coach, review and develop your team
to ensure all targets and goals are met.
- You will support the Regional Manager in the successful operation
of your region, including recruitment, training planning, and cost
control.
- The role will include some nights away from home and successful
candidates will need a clean driving licence.
